We were contacted by Greyhounds For Life in Auburn, CA about an older whippet mix. They rescued him and fostered him but the foster could no longer keep him any more. He’s 13 yrs old with chronic congestion that requires meds, and he’s partially deaf and blind. Well, one of our compassionate volunteers, Stephanie, and her sister gave Buster a home where he will be loved and kept safe for his remaining days. Here’s our note to the Auburn rescue when we found out:
Well Barbara it’s a GO! Buster’s finally is going home. Stephanie, the adopter, said to call her to make arrangements. She lives in Sacramento with her sister and Jessica will be home with him all day. YEAH! I’m so happy for this little guy.
